This is only true if you are a net loser on the site. Once your net withdrawals exceed your net deposits then you will have to wait like the rest of us.

weird, i made a cashout to epass on sat night around 11pm, got it within 2 hrs. made another on monday and stil waiting.

I was encouraged because they were starting to trickle out it looked like. But, I'm still waiting since Saturday. And I kinda need that cash.

there are people on the FTP forums having similar problems with a variety of cash out methods and it seems there have been multiple (different) excuses given by FTP's support which in my mind means they are lying. I'm sure everyone will get their money but this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
