Sorry for the delay guys. Turns out, there were/are two seperate issues.

1) There was a technical hiccup with ePassporte where we weren't able to process withdrawals. I'm not sure if the problem was on their end or ours, but it's resolved now, and ePassporte withdrawals should be going through fine.

2) On top of that, there were a couple of different issues that compounded to cause a backlog of withdrawals. We are currently behind a few days, and are working through them as quickly as possible. Bear with us, and we should be back to our normal processing times soon for most cashouts with the exception of checks. Our check volume went up drastically in the last week or two, and we'll need some extra time to catch up with those.

Hopefully we'll get through the backlog and caught up over this week.

How does stars have practically instant (<60 seconds) epass cashouts and you don't? Have they automated the process entirely while you still have people sitting in a room dealing with it? Just wondering.

these cashouts times are only this fast when you are a net loser on their site. If you are up overall, then your cashout will take a few hours more.

I'm over the 72 hour mark waiting for them to process a cashout to epassporte. Even worse is that I can't get epassport to deposit into my bank anymore. I don't know how the hell I'm going to get my money.

I'm at the 50 hour mark on one of mine, anyone know why it's taking so long for them to process it? plus, with the funds not being able to be put back in the account, this is ridiculous.

Well, since I was one of the people whining so much about Full Tilt when I had problems, I feel like I should share the email I just received from them. Cliffs notes: We're sorry, here's $100! I did appreciate the blatant sucking up (bolded for my pleasure).

<snip>

Hello XXXX,

Your case has been elevated to me for review, and I will do all I can to
ensure that this issue is resolved to the satisfaction of all parties
involved.

I have thoroughly reviewed our correspondence history with you, and I
would like to take this opportunity to offer my apologies for our
repeated miscommunication when you first contacted us regarding
difficulties withdrawing to ePassporte.

While I can see from your transaction history that the withdrawal
problem has since been corrected, I do fully understand the aggravation
that comes with being on the receiving end of misinformation, especially
when it comes to the status of one's online funds.

I can see that you have been an active, loyal player with us for a
considerable amount of time - with an impressive winning record at our
cash tables
- and we very much appreciate your business. As an apology
for this miscommunication on our part, I have credited your account with
$100 cash. You may use these funds in any way you see fit. I sincerely
hope that this incident will not prevent us from maintaining an amicable
relationship in the future.

If you have any additional questions, or if there is anything else we
can do for you, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Sincerely,

Mike
