I need an opionion on this post

The part I am looking at is "The Lodge Casino 5-5 games are infested with Asian collusion teams... casino does nothing to stop them" I don't want to decide whether or not to edit that. That casino has done a lot to fight collusion (there was a fight there the other day after a palyer was cited by gaming for collusion). That is the company I work for. I think *TT* is away from the computer to get his opinion.

Perhaps you could edit in a modnote around the sentence, somthing like, 'for the record, this is speculation and hearsay, blah blah, etc etc.' However long or short you deem necessary. I'm not sure how B&M usually does things but that was my initial reaction

Mine too. Then I thought that was obvious and unnecessary, so, personally, I would leave as is.

If we start adding disclaimers every time someone criticizes some corporate entity, justly or unjustly, Mike would be doing nothing else in The Zoo because there's dozens of posts like this there every day complaining about online sites.

Usually these things are self-policing and if the OP is FOS there will be a bunch of posts refuting it. No reason why one of those posts couldn't be yours.

I just put a mod note in there because I don't want his comments bumped to the top of the forum. This is actually something I hear a lot about the Lodge. It is very common for the people that can't beat the aggressive games to claim there is cheating. In Black Hawk the loose aggressive games are at the Lodge. If you read a recent post by CincyLady she claims there is cheating at the Lodge, Gilpin, and Ameristar; hopefully people see her posts for what it is (she can't win because of all the donks in the tournaments LOL). She is the first "fish" I have ever met from 2+2, she plays tournaments in my room, but complains she can't win because the play too bad.

I only read the B&M forum sporadically. However, I don't think you have to worry about anyone taking CincyLady seriously. Her fame extends well beyond your forum...

Really, my point was that if as mods our job is to correct retarded posts, we'll never do anything but. If it's a constant problem, I dunno, maybe something in the FAQ? "Loose aggressive games are tough to beat. Just because you lose doesn't mean there's collusion". And then that gives you an excuse to lock any threads that don't present any realistic evidence of collusion (etc) other than "I always pnw my home game".

Either way, I wouldn't worry about it too much. From what I've seen those kind of threads tend to just wind up with the OP being ridiculed.

She mostly stays in tournament circuit (where her most recent allegation of cheating occurred).

This is a sensitive subject right now because there is evidence of collusion. I wasn't there so I only read a report, but someone was cited by Gaming for colluding and then 6 of the players at the table were 86ed from the casino for various lengths of time for the fight that followed.
