Acceptable options are check fold or bet-fold where the bet is small.

We have no information except for the turn, which could be a draw, a king, an ace, a jack, nine. The motivation for betting $1.50-$2.25 would be to prevent a bluff, but unfortunately it will not fold out worse hands, and can only be called by one worse hand (gutshot+9s).

As an afterthought, we could blast the pot, betting $4.25+ to try to get villain to fold Ax and other Ks, but Im not confident enough in that.

Well I did exactly that. I bet $1.50 because I just didn't want to be bluffed out here, he popped it to $6.00 and I mucked. so I can be fairly sure, he had me beat here.
