If this is the case, then why are you calling the turn raise? After you call the turn raise, the push is fine since it is so unlikely villain has a Q by the way he played the hand.

the turn raise is consistent with JJ as well. I Q probebly doesn't play that way. I can see him checking JJ on the river fearing you have a Q so I'm not sure I like your bet.

Shove the turn. The rare times he has you beat you are gonna have to pay him. You need to extract value from the drawing hands ie JQ, KQ. He can easily be making a move here in BOB or have a lower T or draw, and board is too dangerous to slow play.

I think you'll see AK a lot in this spot, crying call on the river hoping you check it down.

I think he's more likely to have AK than specifically KQ, although you might be coolered with this line with a hand like JJ or QQ. Honestly on the turn the only real hands you can beat or an overplayed KK or AA, I don't see a underpair getting this far unless he's a real donk. If your read is that he is a strong player you might fold here, but based on his stats he looks so aggressive that I think you have to play this one through. I wouldn't be surprised to see a better full house here or AK.

I think shoving the turn is the worst option, we would basically be bluffing. He folds every worse hand and calls with everything better except maybe T9. We shouldn't be to worried about KQ because it only has 6 outs, and an A would be a great card. And he doesn't have AA or KK here unless he is terrible.

Edit: And bet 85-95 on the turn as well.
