Seems obvious to me that this officer is just a douche. He clearly is not drunk or stoned in the slightest, and doing his best to keep his cool while this assbag tries to make him look like a fool.

OP neglects to mention he was passed out in his car in a driving lane with the engine running.
The suspicion was not alcohol, but drugs. I agree he looks just fine in the video which is what makes this so baffling, but OP is not giving the full story. Also he said he was coming from practice and going to the airport but the airport is right by the practice facility and he was a good 15-20 mins away.

But if a picture is worth a thousand words, then this video is worth a billion. The guy is fine.

really no way to tell from that distance if he is under the influence of something like cocaine. can't see his eyes and can't hear what he's saying. officer does indeed sound like kind of a douche, but we really have nothing to go on here.
he'll beat the charge if this is all they have on him
