Villain is 18/13.6/1 over 110 hands. The hand just before this, I had just taken this same guy for a fairly big amount when I got a straight to beat his trip aces(he had AA, hit an A on the flop but didn't bet strongly enough), so he was probably still steaming a little over that too.

Anyway, I'm just curious as to when I should let my overpair go here. Should I have 3bet him PF here?

push turn....UTG doesn't have much left

you noted that he bet low with trips...his range includes alot that you beat here. I got you at 40/60 but a push meets that I believe.

Hmm, I'm not sure I agree about his range, what do we beat? Overcards, AT, maybe a mid-pair. That's about it with an 13 pfr, no? I don't make these cards 40% of his range because this guy only really plays AT this way, although the tilt factor maybe would make him reckless. This looks really marginal to me, I think we have next to no fold equity here and so I think I would only call or shove based on the possibility of him tilting, otherwise I think this is a fold.

Villain is short, possibly steaming, and this is NL10. Push the turn.

I think this is a fold.

Villans preflop range (UTG) is 22+, AT+ or so.
Flop bet doesnt mean much but is this guy c-betting much?
Turn bet I think means we are behind because -
- Look at his agression factor, looks nitty/passive
- He isnt betting enough to push you out here
- He may be tilting from the last hand but he may also think you are a callstation.
From the turn bet I think you can rule out all the small/med pairs that have not made sets and the overcards.

The river bet confirms this line, does a passive postflop player fire 3 barrels with anything less than TPTK?

That leaves one hand from his entire range that you beat - AT.
