But wouldn't any random number suffice? I take it from the OP that the digits are correct but they just don't answer or return calls. I'm thinking being drunk is the same for a chick as it is a guy. It seemed like a good idea at the time. OP...you are probably ugly and chicks that you hit on have friends that talk common sense into them.

I think the whole notion of the 'hints' system is kinda stupid. Men are expected to have to develop leet Sherlock Holmes-style deductive skills w/ re: to female words / behavior, and we just take it for granted that that's somehow reasonable. On the other hand, this is probably fair payback for something, somehow, and really I almost certainly bitch about it just b/c I suck at it.

Do you remember when you were a kid and you really wanted a toy, it looked great in the advert and on the box and then you got it and opened the box only to find out it was smaller and much less exciting then you’d been lead to believe and you put it aside felling a little cheated.
