I am sry for making this public, but ifeal forced to do so.
I hope the guy from support will answer to thisthread and perhaps we can solve the problem via Pm`s then.

I contacted account now around 10 times and nothing happend.

I still wait for my RB from Sun/ Inter and FT.

I would alsobe happy if the support on this site would give me a phone number so icould talk to them.

I’m not sure what is going on there, but hopefully there is a simple explanation. Can you please PM me your account name on TITN or post it here so I can look into this for you? Hopefully I can have an answer to you by the end of the day. It would also be helpful to provide me with any help ticket numbers you might have received.
