Dolan is by far the biggest problem, because he's the guy responsible for countless bad hiring decisions. Things will not improve until he happens - by sheer luck - to hire someone who knows what they are doing.

wynton, i definitely see ur point, he's brought in guys who want to win and they don't care for rebuilding, which really was the best way a few years back and it's gotten to the point where it's really the only viable option imo...

he's bringing in guys he wants, which are guys who will [censored] the future and give the huge contracts, so i agree he's part of the problem coz we need a GM with a different mindset

It's a good thing we traded our second round pick next year for Demetres Nichols. Oh wait.

It really looks like the players are trying to get Isiah fired now. I hope they succeed, and that the next coach is a brutal, dictator type.

Are there any half-decent coaching candidates out there?

I'm 95% certain Zach Randolph is going to punch a ref in the face before the season ends. He loses his focus really easily and gets pretty pissed at the refs.

The team really needs Balkman to help Lee and Robinson provide some energy off the bench.

Mardy Collins, Jared Jeffries, and Fred Jones need to stay very far from the floor...they are terrible.

And can we please give Randolph Morris some playing time? I already see him in another uniform next season tearing it up.
