UB won\'t allow my cashout until I \"play more\"
here's the timeline.
12/24/06) i deposited $800 for a reload bonus 12/27/06) i requested a cashout for the $800 without playing 12/29/06) sue from ub e-mailed me requiring an explanation for why i wanted to cash out, since i didn't play 12/29/06) i replied giving an explanation (never any 2/4 NL full ring games available). i never got a response. 01/06/07) since i got no response, i decided to play a session then try again to cash out. i played some 1/2 NL 6-max. 01/07/07) i tried again to cash out 01/09/07) rose from ub e-mailed me requiring an explanation for why i wanted to cash out, still claiming i hadn't played. 01/09/07) i replied to rose giving an explanation. this time i cc'd all the ub addresses i could think of. i never got a response. 01/11/07) i re-replied to sue's old message. no response. 01/12/07) i tried again to cash out 01/14/07) mike from ub e-mailed me requiring an explanation for why i wanted to cash out, still claiming i hadn't played. 01/14/07) i replied to mike giving an explanation. this time i used the "customer support" link within the UB software rather than replying to the e-mail from my e-mail client. and this time i got a response. 01/14/07) sarah from ub e-mailed me: "Thank you for your explanation. Your message has been forwarded to our department supervisor. You will be contacted shortly regarding this matter." 01/15/07) tamara from ub e-mailed me: "We cannot complete a withdrawal without game play explaining where you played the funds. You deposited $800 but did not play the whole $800 but instead chose to withdraw right away. This looks like fraudulent activity according to our security department. Please play some more games in order to justify the $800 cashout. Once you have played a bit, you may cashout the funds." So they are forcing me to play more before I can cash out. Even though I deposited using the my neteller account that has the same name on it as my UB account, and I am trying to cash out to that same neteller account, they say it looks fraudulent - play more" |

Re: UB won\'t allow my cashout until I \"play more\"
I hear nothing but horror stories over UB. I do not understand why people bother playing there. I've played at all major sites and I would not recommend UB even to my worst enemy. This service there is horrid. Try Bodog instead. I question the site sometimes but payouts are the fastest in the industry.

They get charged a good amount of money for you to make that deposit of $800...you owe it to them in rake before they will justify giving it back to you!

What I did was withdraw it at $100 a time and none of those were ever questioned. I know it sucks that you have to wait a while to take it out like this, but you will be able to without playing. I had actually played about 2k hands and they still wouldn't let me do it. |

[/ QUOTE ] What they get charged is between UB and NETeller---how is the OP responsible for those fees? (Yes, I know it is his deposit that causes the fees, but no where have I heard of a player being 'charged' for that.) Thats the cost of doing business. While clearing a bonus should carry a 'X' hands requirement,I have never heard of a 'X' hands for clearing a deposit! And rather than say 'we require you to play 1000 more hands before cash out', they say simply 'play more'. Like the Mafia telling you to keep paying. Play more????? Never will I play on UB. |

Didn't they give you $200 in bonus money? That's the issue most likely.

You cost them transaction fees, give them nothing in return and wonder why they have a problem with that? Amazing. I do think they should give you your $800 though. Minus the Neteller fees. That would be fair. |
