Default PS, NL 100, AI situation, Tell me how to think, 2(3)...

To avoid finding myself in this predicament.
But also, since I am there, what to do next and why...
(I am currently reading PNL, so any reasoning in REM, commitment and SPR terms would be appreciated...)

Villain is tight aggressive, with stats: 12/6/1.55

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $113.35
BB: $119.55
UTG: $110.60
Hero (MP): $196.50
CO: $158.50
BTN: $104.45

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, Hero raises to $4.00, 3 folds, BB raises to $12.00, Hero calls $8.00

Flop: ($24.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB bets $10.00, Hero raises to $35.00, BB calls $25.00

Turn: ($94.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero???

Meaning, one should default to put Villain on AA or KK in this situation? Why not JJ, TT or AK also, they seem all to still be within his range?
Suppose check on Turn, if he pushes on River, am I folding???

villian isn't aggressive actually. When you see a 1.55 agression factor on a 40/20/1.55 it doesn't mean the same thing as on a 12/6/1.55.

I really hate those spots versus those guys and usually tell myself when I call preflop that i will play for set value and maybe call a flop bet if the flop is really dry, but then I stick it in and get called by aa/kk 100% of the time. So I would just check the turn and prolly c/f the river.

I don't like the flop raise. As played check river and prob call a small river bet.
