3 bets. UTG is overaggressive, and MP finally slowed down. While a set of eights isn't unreasonable I'd be surprised to see trip fives here. That means there are only 3 reasonable combos to beat you and more than that you beat.

I think this is an overpair battle with MP afraid to fold and as such padding the pot for you. If you are capped by UTG crying call down for one bet on each street.

well you've really stuck your nuts out there and he isn't scared. this def isn't QQ and it probably isn't KK, but you're getting around 16-2 effective and it still might be AA. if he has 88 you're getting decent odds to spike on the river. so I'd call down.

Being a downie, I call the turn (the pot is approaching the point where you can call on the ace outs alone), and most likely call one more on the river. MP looks like he's got KK/QQ. Though there's a good chance UTG has eights full or quads after the turn raise, I can't fold for one bet on the turn without a better read.

3-bet, I don't think he would raise top set on the flop. Though I might be wrong - but even if I am it still could be a 3-bet because I think QQ and KK almost def. play it this way.
