okay, i'm not gonna use checkboxes cause they sucks but yes, huge potential for scamaments unless you can really trust the person.

However, here's a shot, how about letting someone from EU into the a/c, they withdraw $3k via check and keep rest online or whatever as a cut, shipping the cheque/ check :P to you directly through the post?

It's so crazy that it just might work..
