NL50 - AK hits on the river

Havent seen villain do anything stupid but I have only been at the table for a couple orbits. My first instinkt was to bet/fold because the only probable draw KQ just got there but I wanted to get some value from pairs that called flop and would now not believe me that I hit the ace.

So do I bet or check? How much do I bet? If I am reraised do I fold or does it depend on the size of the raise.

Bet like 9 or so and fold to a raise as the both straight draws got there.

on the river I bet 7$ and villain reraises 7$ more to 14$ so I fold
