Default $16 BBL shove, too thin?

Hey. SB + BTN are regulars, but not that great, don't have that much experience with them. BB is okayish and not calling wide. Is a shove too thin here?

PokerStars Tournament, Big Blind is t400 with t25 antes (4 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

Hero (t4395)
Button (t2800)
SB (t1520)
BB (t4785)

Preflop: Hero is in CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="red">Hero raises to t4370 (All-in)

I think it is, they all have to be calling very tight, and I can't imagine they all are, to make this good, especially with BB covering you....close though

I don't like it, especially seeing how we don't cover BB. I'd wait, we're doing OK as it is.

Not wrong to avoid this one.
