daniel n busto?

was listening to live sirius broadcast of harrahs circuit event yesterday. they mentioned that daniel negraneau(sp? duh) went busto gambling on golf a couple months back?
true or false?

yeah, the were talking about that tourney, and gabe kaplin losing a bunch of cash to some other guy playing golf.
i was just kinda surprised to hear daniel went busto like that.

I dunno the context but it could have been an exaggeration, he did lose a whole bunch in golf by his own admission, I doubt he bustoed though

He lost a bunch in golf, probably around 500k + he lost a million in the big game, as detailed on FCP.

I'm sure he's not busto. But it wouldn't surprise me if these losses cut his bankroll in half.

They didnt say he was busted, they said he told fellow pro's that he "needed the money".

He wrote in his blog after he lost the million in the big game that he is going to stop playing the game because "He doesn't want to go broke anytime soon."

What this sounds like to me is that the loss didn't break him, but was a big enough chunk of his roll to make him stop and think. Probably 50% or more of his roll.
