Because if we do lose we will have Peavy pitching on full rest in a sudden death playoff. We didn't want him going on short rest. Last time he did that he gave up 8 ERs.

Hi guys, I'm so excited for the postseason!

What a top of the 13th inning, Scott Hairston is so clutch, I left the bar after that but with the MLB career saves leader coming in, that was game over baby, lock it up.

Go Padres, beat those Phils!

Thank God they're out. Padres are the most boring f*cking team ever. SD/Stl playoff series last year with Chris Berman calling the plays was a total snoozefest...
