This is plolomahaha so he was like a 52/48 dog here right? Pot seems to be laying him too good of a price to pass up.
You don't win money by folding.

He was actually 23% to win which isn't as bad as I'd thought. The made straight was only 33% to win. The flush draw and higher straight draw was actually 43%

pokenum -o 3c 5s 6s qd - 3s th 9s ah - 7c js 8c jd -- 8d 7h 4h
Omaha Hi: 666 enumerated boards containing 8d 7h 4h
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
6s 5s 3c Qd 222 33.33 444 66.67 0 0.00 0.333
9s 3s Ah Th 290 43.54 376 56.46 0 0.00 0.435
Js 8c 7c Jd 154 23.12 512 76.88 0 0.00 0.231

Put a blank card on the turn, however, and it's a different story:

http://twodimes.net/h/?z=2789525
pokenum -o 3c 5s 6s qd - 3s th 9s ah - 7c js 8c jd -- 8d 7h 4h 2s
Omaha Hi: 36 enumerated boards containing 2s 8d 7h 4h
cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV
6s 5s 3c Qd 21 58.33 15 41.67 0 0.00 0.583
9s 3s Ah Th 11 30.56 25 69.44 0 0.00 0.306
Js 8c 7c Jd 4 11.11 32 88.89 0 0.00 0.111

Still, I don't see how DB can call the flop raise here.

My guess is that he accomplished this through use of his mouse.
