Default Starting over AND want a teacher!

I figure seeking a coach/teacher this way is easier than filling out an application and compete w/ 100 others.

Here is a little bit of poker information about me:

What site do you play? I play in absolute right now cuz I’m getting rakeback and bonus. I CAN play at stars, UB, and FTP if need be.

What limits do you play? I just moved up to 50NL with a 1k BR.

Experience? Played about 2k hands in 50NL. 5ptbb/100hands before losing a 120 pot in a bluff. For 25 NL, I’m 11bb/100hands over 9k hands. Before this “starting over” thing, I’ve single tabled 100NL and 200NL. I think I came up in those game. I lost most of my money playing razz and other stupid crap like horse at higher than I am supposed to.

Goals with poker (for instance what limits are you trying to reach)? I want to beat the 400NL in about three months. So by summer time I can make 100/hour and play full time in the summer.

Here is a bit about my personal life:

I am a second year college student at UCI with a respectable 3.62 GPA. I applied to transfer to cal, ucla, and usc. Throughout years in school, I’ve always been good with mathematical stuff. Odds and outs came easy to me in poker. I am a devout Christian who attends church every Friday and Sunday and am pretty involved in church. Have an awesome GF. Heterosexual. Love to watch and play bball.

So why should you coach/teach ME?

I believe in giving back in the community. When I can beat the 200NL, I vow to coach a micro stakes player.
You don’t wanna coach a jerk! I get along with people.
Fast learner and teachable!
I won’t blame anyone for my losses but I will be grateful if someone can show me his playbook that he has put together.

Who do you have to be to coach me?

Someone who can beat the 50NL and the 100NL. Preferably someone who can beat the 200NL too.
Someone who is not a jerk. Though a jerk will probably never coach anyone.
And free service of course… I’m a poor college student =)

Please PM or post here if interested. Or refer me to someone =) Thanks for reading.
