what is better star trek tng or ds9

These are the top two for sure out of all the S.T. series.

I like how DS9 had an ongoing story throughout the series, but TNG had Picard, old-Worf, and thin-O'Brien.

Voyager was 100% crap (with the exception of 7of9).
