All streets suck so far.

That turn/river combo might have saved you.

Hope he has a jack.

Just shove it in on him and hope he thinks you have a 7.

i wonder. which would be a stronger line, shoving the river, or min raising the river? (obv not advocating the latter, just wondering)

I like a shove on the river as well.

min-raising is not always garbage...
it sucks preflop and on the flop, but there are times when a min-raise is good.

The river is the only time I do it, but which do you think looks stronger?

A 300BB push...
honestly, he'll make a crying call with JT or sth, but he wont stack off with a straight for 300BB, it's not going to happen.

You obviously hate money so just call or fold the river.

Seriously, raise PF or dump it..
In position and you check behind both flop and turn? WTF?
BUILD A POT ALREADY.

As played, after deciding not to hang myself, I just push and pray he has a J.

That's my thinking as well. I think making it something like 20-25 is much better then shoving, as he probably looks us up with any J, or maybe even a 7. If he has JT or better he is shoving over our 25 raise anyways so...

If we would shove for 300bbs, we isn't bluffing more then >0.001% of the time so if he calls with a J (We aren't shoving any worse for value) he is making a HUGE mistake.

He's not folding a jack either way.

He's not repushing with a 7 but might call a shove.

Maybe he has JJ and is trapping you lolz.

You sure villain wont fold a Jx-hand if we shove for 300 bbs on the river? I would fold it w/o thinking twice and I expect most decent villains to do the same?!?
