Well its friday afternoon and I just finished playing for the day so Im going to get in early with my November graph. I reworked my style a month or two ago (thanks to a few other 2p2ers for the help also) and it seems to have paid off so far.

I start every session focused playing good but I ALWAYS end up spewing away everything and finally end down around 2-3 buyins until I quit tilted and frustrated. If I quit. This has been going on for a week now. I hate myself for doing this. What to do SSNL?
