Coincidently enough I new two accountants in a partnership
once with the last names Ballem and Cheetum. They decided
to use a predecessors name when naming their practice. Anyhow I am sure one of the larger firms has a tax person who would deal with your situation. Phone and ask
if you do not get any referrals thru here.
