Default Big looking draw. Line?

Full Tilt, where I never play, $5/10.

UTG is a reasonalby solid TAG type, 30/20ish, occasionally goes nutso when he really shouldn't. Button is a loose passive idiot.

I have J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in the BB. UTG limps, BB limps, SB folds, I check.

Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] which is terribly exciting looking.

I bet, UTG raises, button coldcalls.

How do you proceed? And was the bet any good in the first place?

I agree. The lead is good, and 3-betting is very good also, you have tons of equity in this hand.

i do not get excited seeing that flop.

utg limp is weird. that board would hit a lot of his probably limping range. 76s. 98s, T8s, etc. button's coldcall detracts from the strength of your draw. he either has a better hand, better flush draw, or the same straight draw. i don't think you have very good equity. i would not 3-bet.

my stoving says that if UTG has those suited connector type hands and button has any pair any draw we have around 44% equity

you have (very) roughly a 35% chance to win and 3% to tie with a huge number of tainted outs. i'd reluctantly push my edge and 3-bet.

I think we have to play this one realy carefuly because there are so many redraws if we hit a straight on the turn not to mention the fact that another [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] probably gets us beaten too

Id rather check and call one bet on the flop but if i check and it goes bet raise then im folding. As played i think you should check fold the turn unless you hit ur str8 flush or a queen
