Re: KQs
[ QUOTE ]
You should have bet/folded the turn. It would have saved you a bet. [/ QUOTE ] And if BTN calls we still c/f river in a 10BB pot? I think we have to showdown if we get to river in the betting lead as it is now more likely that BTN does not have the ace. I agree donking the turn gives us an easy fold if raised. It also protects against gutshots, (smaller pocket pairs), and charges flush draws - although I believe all of these are quite unlikely. |

Re: KQs
Check/call flop, check/call turn and the river is close. If this guy misses value bets at all on the river I would prolly check/fold.

Re: KQs
[ QUOTE ]
Why not check-fold the turn marchron? [/ QUOTE ] I'm not convinced we're behind yet. This is blind stealing/defense, which means his range is wide open. If we three-bet the flop, then bet the flop and the turn and he raises both times, he's either psychonuts or killing us. You have him as a TAG, and while that doesn't preclude him being psychonuts in blind steals, it certainly lessens the chances. |

Re: KQs
It is not pure blind steal as the CO limped in too.
If we are not sure if we are ahead or not I think sean c's wa/wb line is good. However, if we adopt that line from the flop CO might stay to mix things up a bit - although he's probably providing overlay for both Hero and BTN. |
