Tutorial: How to auto-import Stars HHs into Poker Tracker

I also have that problem no matter how many times I stop the request and restart it. The hand histories are in my mail box though... pokertracker just goes through his 300 attempts for each tourney... pretty long and annoying.

You wouldn't happen to have a messagebox-killing AHK scipt on? And sometimes it's just stars sucking

If you're using gmail, try turning off pop, and then re-enabling it starting from now forward. Then try requesting the HHs again and see if PokerTracker picks them up now. That usually does the trick for me.

Hi,

I get an error message when in the Import Hand History/Tournament Summaries tool. Whenever I try to "Check POP3 E-mail", the utility parses all of my emails but ends up popping an error message saying it couldn't find any tournament summaries in my mail box... But they're all there!!! Heck, I even requested 'em twice to make sure (and I do have 2 copies of each :-P), but to no avail... I also tried disbabling/re-enabling my gmail pop3...

you have to change the port to 995. I assume you left it on the default port 110.

I did that. I actually followed the tutorial pretty closely and didn't skip ahead at all. Thanks anyway [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]!

I assume you requested them the 2nd time AFTER disabling/re-enabling pop3? If not, be sure to do that, THEN request them again.

Managed to get it working by enabling my pop only for my new emails and request my summaries again.

I played 150 tourney's yesterday. Is there any way that I can use poker tracker? I can't seriously do this pop import thing and load in 20 per hour.

edit: it looks like you can do 60 / hour now. bah, that's still a huge pain.

I have downloaded my last tournaments to my gmail account and when I try to import them to the Poker Tracker there says "there are no hand history transcipts or tournament summaries on your mail server".
