Default $6 Turbo NLHTRN Should I Valuebet on River

Late in a $6.00 SNG at FTP (Turbo) I have been shortstacked after a bad call (down to 450) and was getting back to 1395$ especially because of agressive play and stealing the blinds and c/betting on the flop.

Villain played very tight and never called a minbet on the flop if he had not hit the flop in any ways.

I played very agressive because the blinds were quite high. Then teh following hand.

Full Tilt Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t120 (2 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

BB (villain) (t1605)
Hero (t1395)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
BB (villain) calls t60, Hero checks.

Flop: (t300) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, villain bets t240, Hero calls t240.

Turn: (t780) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets t120, villain calls t120.

River: (t1020) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets t915 (All-In), villain folds.

Final Pot: t1935

Him betting out at the flop and calling my bet on the turn told me that he had hit the flop. (Maybe top pait or midpair, even bottompair would be possible)

Should I just have Vlauebet after the River or was my shove ok?

Preflop is fine of course.
Flop is fine, of course you could raise
As played you have to get at least 300-400 on the turn. because of the potential straight draws.
As played on river I'd probably just shove.

Why don't you bet the flop? You're giving free cards to the straight and flush draw.

On the turn I would go all-in. Maybe he folds and you get a chiplead. Or he calls and you probably win a big pot.

I dind't bet the flop because villain most of the times mucked instantly to even a minbet on the flop. So I wanted to give him the chance to lead out.
