Default 10NL: BB flops flush. 3 way push

I have taggy at 24/19/4 over 282 hands, all at 10NL in recent weeks. He started posted occasionally in september. He has 3 bet me a few times and I have returned the favor but I can't remember anything distinctive about his play that is relevant other than that I figure he doesn't make this call without at least top 2 (maybe As and a pair?).

I just finished my first orbit with unknown who has vipped 2 out 6 and done nothing of note. I have no idea if the taggy regular puts him on a bluff or what?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($15.35)
UTG ($6.55)
(Unknown)/ ($6)
Button ($10.95)
(Taggy 2p2er)/ ($16.75)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. (Unknown)/ posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG calls $0.10, MP (Unknown)checks, 1 fold, SB (Taggy 2p2er)/ completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.40) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
Taggy 2p2er checks, Hero bets $0.4, UTG folds, Unknown raises to $5.9, Taggy 2p2er calls $5.90, Hero ???

Really it comes down to push or call? I really was caught by surprise. I figure there is a good chance he raises any of the pocket pairs which makes sets discounted. I wondered if he had a read on unkown for bluffing here. Overpair seems unlikely given pf action. Big draw or flush seem likeliest.
