Default HU 2-7 adjustments

When I'm playing 2-7 headsup I have trouble figuring out what I should do, and I think I play too tightly. If it's at a full table I'm used to being cautious from the SB unless BB folds a lot, and calling/raising liberally from the BB when SB opens. But with the blind sizes reversed HU I feel lost!
in the sb + button I know I want to play a lot since I have position but can I really raise stuff like 35 that I would call with in (normal) BB with position? If my opponent lets me I'll limp that sort of hand.

In the BB I don't like playing marginal/weak hands OOP but I am still getting excellent pot odds, and probably open-folding too much.

Fortunately (?) I'm not left in this sort of situation often, in a tournament blinds are big and we end up all-in soon, and in a cashgame somebody else will sit down. But I still feel lost!

Any general adjustments / guidelines when compared to normal play?

This should be obvious but if you just sit around waiting to make hands you will be automatically losing a ton against anyone that has any clue.

yes, that part is obvious - what isnt obvious is which position to loosen up more in - and possibly by how much, though thats' not as simple.

conversely if you just sit around pounding away at your opponent without adjusting for when he plays and your hands are crap your gonna get killed there too.

I posted a similar inquiry a few years ago, when a lot of use were playing on UB. There were some good responses. You could probably find it.
