I fold this, I don't see how he can get here like this with a hand that wants to bluff this river......I guess that means I'd fold KK too, which makes me feel really dirty all of a sudden.......

Fold river, you're losing. Might not make much sense for him to have a combo draw that got there, but he does.

What hands do you put him on that get to the river in this manner and then decide to bluff at representing the flush?

i think this is JT, JQ, KQ more often than someone with tohse stats playing a combo draw like this or just calling with a str8 or something.

it looks like you were protecting a hand on the turn, not semi bluffing, so he thinks he can rep a scare card and get most better hands to fold in case he's not good already.
