Default 99 BB raise or call preflop?

Both limpers had been playing lots of hands during the 20 or so hands I had been at the table. Does anyone 3 bet 99 here to try to isolate preflop or is just calling best?

Absolute Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 handed) by Hand Converter CG

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

Flop: (8 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB bets, Hero folds, MP calls, CO calls.

Turn: (5.50 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)

It's a tweener hand in this spot; I don't mind either option that much. Your position is good for calling, though.

I like raising here. Your equity is fine if SB isnt too tight. Plus if you can get one or two limpers to fold it would be huge.

I don't play this high, but I like a 3 bet to make it 2 cold to our limpers because I would really like them both to fold, but I also like limping and play it for set value or a favourable board.

easy raise. 100% of the time. For pure value. If the limpers fold great, if not you still make money every time they call with their J6s.

I don't think calling is a bad option at all. If you call, you can raise the SB continuation bet if the board is OK, and make the limpers fold 6outers. Because of that, calling preflop is much better to protect your hand than 3betting. But I admit too that we have some equity advantage preflop, so I don't think 3betting is bad either. But the limpers are bad players and are rarely folding preflop.

I think I prefer calling.

Against an unknown this hand becomes quite a bit easier to play post flop if you go ahead and put in the raise. I think its a no-brainer.
