Default 10/20 - river cr bluff vs hazards

I've never played with hazards before and from what I have heard he is pretty tight/solid. His image of me is probably pretty TAG since he has sat down, but before that I was playing fairly LAG. I think he can't really call here on this river without AQ or JJish hands. I didn't want to CR the flop because I am stuck a fair amount and dont want to gambooolll vs AK or AA or w/e hand. The stacks aren't really deep but they arent 100 bbs.

I would play 79, 2 pair, and sets like this vs somebody like hazards. if it matters i timed a lil bit on the river before checking then i shoved.

Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">Button bets $760</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises all-in $2503.65</font>

It's like 1350ish more for him to call on river.

I feel like this is a donation most of the time, unless he has AJ. Pretty much the rest of the hands he bets on this river are going to call an all-in. Not to mention people dont like being duped on the river and most people tend to call river check-raises with weaker hands than they should.

What hand does a TAG bet on this river that he doesn't call an all in with? Seems like he's checking behind with all the 1 pair hands you're hoping to fold out.

I don't get it.

Preflop is crap, and by the river, it's superlikely he likes that board with a hand that he's reraising with.
