I cant get smartbuddy to work. I install it, it says there is an update available, then it looks like it completes the update but then says update failed. I've uninstalled, redownloaded, reinstalled, everything but keep getting update failed message.

I would like to try this software. Any ideas?

Same problem. Cannot get the update to work. Keep getting a message that tells me the software update failed.

hi pokerpro,

where on your website can i find the optout feature which was requested by pokerstars security (jeff).i thought it should be plain visible and usable for noncostumers as well.
at least i am not able to find this
