No, but someone who knows they are -EV and buys them over and over again does. Maybe not a huge problem (yet), but certainly a problem.

This is so absurd.

The EV I lose on a dollar a week is far surpassed by the change in life should I ever win one.

Taking a bet you know is -EV does not mean you have a problem.
