Villain is TAG 15/13/3.25 doesn't seem to be retarded.

I really didn't like my hand once he min raised. Does anyone ever fold?

I think this is a fold given pf action and stats - he almost never ever has worse aces and this is definitely not a flop hed be bluffraising, so ur either slightly ahead of a fd (which i dont think plays like this very often) or very far behind AQ, QQ, 44 and sometimes AA, could be chopping with AK but not enough of the time to justify calling.
