one of the following is true about ben wallace:

1. he is injured.
2. he did NOTHING all summer.

i'm inclined to believe the former. his skills have diminished, but no one goes from elite defender/rebounder to scrub like he has.

watched some of bulls game tonight at work. from what i saw, TT is actually a lot better than i thought he was.

still think the size thing could be an issue against certain teams, but i definitely think he has josh smith potential.

Ben Wallace didn't show up all last season either.

On the bulls board I post on, it's gotten to the point where we keep track of how many games he actually shows up to play in.

edit and on offense it's worse. my favorite part on bulls' offensive possessions is wallace will set a pick for hinrich, and hand it off to wallace, wallace (since he can't hit a 15 foot jumper) just stands there for 5 seconds ruining our possession since the defense can just double the guy coming off the pick

if smith was starting at least the defender would have to go put a hand up in his face since he's beastly hitting that jumper from there

I hope DAL plays GS again in the playoffs. This is how every NBA game should be.

Does Devin Harris usually fall down every possession?

yeah that's not true at all. He wasn't '04 ben wallace, but he was a pretty valuable player nonetheless.

Stat wise Nash and Kidd aren't that far apart. They support the Nash better on offense, Kidd better on defense notion.

Nash's assist and turnover ratio were 39.3/12.8 respectively last season versus Kidd's 37.6/10.9. Nash offensive/defensive ratings were 124/110 respectively versus Kidd's 111/103.

So unsurprisingly Kidd is the better defender statwise while Nash is the better offensive player.

I am kinda surprised assist ratio was so close.
Obviously Nash is a much better shooter.

On a team with plenty of scorers I'd pick Kidd over Nash though. Eg. the Celtics

Ugh, why can't Dallas ever drive the ball against this team?

I gotta say, I LOVE seeing Devin out of control and getting called for charges. I like him a lot, but karma's a bitch you flopping douchebag.

[/ QUOTE ]

If Devin Harris is a flopping douchebag, what's Steve Nash?

[/ QUOTE ]

Steve Nash does not flop.

Devin Harris and Manu Fagobli flop like little bitches.
