Default 50 NL - Flush draw on flop

20th hand at table. Only reads I have are that Villain is 44/11/0.3 and SB is 43/23/3.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($9.95)
Hero ($31.65)
Button ($18.95)
SB ($147.40)
BB ($118.70)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.50, Hero calls $0.50, Button calls $0.50, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($2.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $0.5</font>, BB folds, UTG calls $0.50, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3</font>, Button calls $3, SB folds, UTG folds.

I raise here to build the pot if I hit my flush because I probably won't get paid off if I do.

Turn: ($9.50) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $3</font>, Hero calls $3.

River: ($15.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $24.5</font>

Any and all draws hit here, good shove?

looks like button has like $12 left? Sure. He's too passive to hope for a check raise.

a) why are you short stacking?
b) why are you limping A6s?

as played just bet enough to put him all in
