Default flopping a set

Party 1/2 6max

No useful reads other than that the table in general seems loose and not a lot of pf-raising.

I'm on the button with 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Folded to me and I raise, sb calls, bb 3-bets, all call.

Flop 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

sb checks, bb bets, I raise, sb calls, bb 3-bets, I cap, both call

Turn 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

bb bets, I raise, sb calls, bb 3-bets, I cap, both call

River 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

bb now checks, Hero??

I'm betting the river here. I don't think villain is checking a hand that has you beat too often.

There's really no reason to suspect anyone has a 7 at this point, so I bet/call.

Maybe the turn an river action wasn't clearly described. Sb is still in the hand. He started by checking the turn and then called all raises. On the river he checked, bb checked and it's on me.

Two questions:

Should I be worried about bb having 99 here and checking because of the possible gutshot of sb arriving on the river?

Should I be worried about sb having called all the raises with a gutshot and now trying to get a checkraise in.

I'm sure that bb will call with AA KK and maybe QQ so there is value in a bet.

What's my plan if I get raise by either sb or bb?

I'd b/c. But I'm not sure about it. I think most players bet obvious straights like that since they fear it will be checked through.

I would be more worried by SB than BB. If he isn't a complete calling station, it is pretty obvious that he was drawing to something. BB looks like an overpair to me.

I'm betting and calling a raise by either player here (although calling SB's raise sucks he could have 98 and say ZOMG 2 pair I raise). Neither of them are folding an overpair and a rivered straight donks here a non-zero percentage of the time. I think there is just too much value in a bet for you to check behind.
