I found a cheese at the deli the other day that is called "New York Hot Pepper and Buffalo Sauce Cheddar."

Tonight I will be putting some cracked pepper turkey on pumpernickel with these cheese and sticking it on the foreman grill with trip report to follow.

Is there any way that this cheese could not be amazing?

I'd use a mix of mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan.

I'd add green peppers too.
