villain is 31/24 over not that many hands and seems solid. standard on the scary river or spew?

he has $61 behind on river.

Maybe I am missing something, but what are you trying to represent here? Would you honestly make this move with 3 Jacks, if not then the only hand you are trying to rep is 44, I cant even see most sets doing this. I would honestly call you with jacks or better here just because your line doesnt make much sense here to me.

A standard play is to CRAI the turn with a set so I suppose it could look like a missed check raise on the turn. This hand could be a good counter to someone seeking pot control with TPTK...if they're capable of laying TPTK down that is. That's a big if.
