Default NL 100; JJ 3 bet called cold by Villain

Villain: 13, 10, 3.1 over 600 hands.
I was on normal TAG game.

What is the best play? Do we have to call here because I have about 40% of my stack in the pot with an overpair? Can we fold based on the villain super tight stats?

Are you basically putting his range on AA, KK, QQ, AK spades?

Also, if we're giving this guy a strict range like this w/o even including 10 10; and damn, maybe not even include AK; is there a reason to even bet the flop?

I doubt it with those stats. you think a guy with those stats is really callin a 3 bet cold with a middle pocket pair.
