iPoker/Everest/Party/Bodog Rakeback Requests Will Get You Banned

I'm sick of deleting three or four of these threads every day by people ignoring the rules. If you post requesting rakeback at those rooms I will ban you for 1 day from 2+2. If you do it again I reserve the right to ban you for as many days as I feel is appropriate.
