Cashout standard @ diamond?

I requested a cashout at diamond sportsbook (which includes a $60 fee), and I got no email confirmation. I tried a second time a week later, and still no confirmation. When I called up customer service, they told me I had to send them a photocopy of the credit card I used to deposit (both sides) and my drivers liscence. Is this normal?

Is it free by check in mail? Thats what i read on there site. Also should i consider to deposit into this site? I was talking to support at this site asking them about something and then they asked me for me password. I did not tell them ,but this seems very fishy.
