I think you should see your therapist.

a) there's a stats thread
b) a buyin = 100bb (not PTBB). You are assuming that you'll have a winrate of 200/1000 or 400/1000. That is 20/100, 40/100. Those are winrates that don't exist over an extended period of time. Think more of 6/100 or 15/100. 20/100 (= 10PTBB/100) is the absoute maximum, imo.

Wow, thatīs real nice advice. I mean by that how good do the cash game players earn. Iīve been playing mostly tournaments and curious what kind of money is realistic to achieve? It seems to me like I am going very slowly forward.

Read the microbrew and search for the official stats thread. People post their winrates there. There are a few posts about it in the faq/essentials. I think somewhere between 3 and 10 PTBBs per 100 is pretty standard. If you are running at 7/100, you are doing pretty well. And remember PTBB=2x real BB, beause PT used to mess it up.

You need to expect this thread to get locked, btw.

I think at a level such as 25NL or 50NL winrates of 20/100 over an extended period are possible though...
