Default \"Official\" Poker After Dark thread (Week 4)

This week's shows feature 3 loud players (Matusow, Tony G, Hellmuth) and 3 quieter players (Ivey, Bloch, Farha). Spoilers aside, it should be entertaining how this all turns out this week.

What's the over/under on how long it takes before Hellmuth tells Tony G to "show some class"? Sheiky got under Phil's skin pretty fast, and I'd say Tony G is much better at getting under people's skin than Sheiky is, so I'm going to predict Phil starts blowing up no later than 42 minutes into episode 1.

So nice to see that Phil was "convinced" to play again after the way he was "disrespected" in the first week of play.

As if Phil could ever stay away from a televised event. In reality, though, this yawnfest of a series is better off in the weeks which feature a PHD (Phil Hellmuth Dramascape)

We don't know what order they were filmed. During the first week, there were references to other matches that had already taken place.

I'm not sure if this question has been asked already but do any of you know what kind of cards they are using during the game? They looked pretty good to me.

If I'm remembering seeing the Ace of Spades correctly, they were KEMs. However, I could be thinking of a different poker show, since ive been watching so many recently.

I guess we will know soon enough. If this week's episodes were in fact taped prior to what we saw in Week One, perhaps they will contain clues as to why Phil was so easily set off by what appeared to be rather commonplace rudeness by his tablemates.

At least this week I won't have to keep checking if the mute button was on, like I did during last week's shows.

I just got done watching. Seeing Hellmuth and and Farha play hands together is great. If the rest of the episodes are like this one, it will be the best week yet.
