Default AA 5max needs help

At a fairly new table, I get AA in the BB. No reads. Please comment on all streets and on whether you make the all-in call. I realise that by checking on the river, I open myself up to his bet, so that was probably bad. But the T spooked me. The CO had just sat down which is why there are 2 big blinds posted.

Texas Hold'em 5max $1-$1 NL
Seat 2: CO ($54.50 in chips)
Seat 4: Button ($32.25 in chips)
Seat 7: SB ($64 in chips)
Seat 9: Hero [AD,AC] ($70.90 in chips)
Seat 10: UTG ($103.50 in chips)
ANTES/BLINDS
SB posts blind ($0.50), Hero posts blind ($1), CO posts blind ($1).

PRE-FLOP
UTG calls $1, CO checks, Button calls $1, SB calls $0.50, Hero bets $3, UTG calls $3, CO folds, Button calls $3, SB folds.

FLOP [board cards JH,9S,7D ]
Hero bets $8, UTG calls $8, Button folds.

TURN [board cards JH,9S,7D,10D ]
Hero bets $15, UTG calls $15.

RIVER [board cards JH,9S,7D,10D,4S ]
Hero checks, UTG bets $76.50 and is all-in, Hero ???

you need to be raising to at LEAST $6 pf.

flop and turn look ok, at least make a blocking or value bet on the river so you dont get run over like that.

You really need to raise more pre-flop. It looks like you raised to $4.00, I would have made it $7.00.

As played, bet the full pot on the flop and fold the river.

How large a blocking bet would you recommend on the river? The pot is $60 at that point.

I agree that I should raise more PF.

That is not a river that I would block. Any decent villain has you on a pretty narrow range from your PF re-raise out of the blind and knows it is unlikely for you to have the straight. However, he does know it is likely for you to have an overpair to the board and thinks you might call when he pushes with the straight. Just check/fold.

OK. I realised that I brought the bet on myself by checking.

I was also pretty sure he had a J. I kind of ruled out KQ since he'd have to call the flop bet with a gutshot straight draw. So I was only a little afraid of that. So my main concern was JT.

I was getting 2.4:1 on my final $44 so I made the call. He turned over JQ and I took it down. But I'd definitely like to avoid bringing myself in situations like this too often.
