Gasoline Storage and Purchasing

Are there any companies where I can buy X gallons of gas and have them stored somewhere nearby for future use?

??? Gas prices are going to keep rising. When gas is $5/gallon or $10/gallon, I'd like to have a 10,000 gallon storage of gas I bought at $3/gallon.
