It seems to be a photo of a very handsome, probably famous, man, singing in his cups, while a pretty girl looks on and titters, coquettishly. Another guy has somehow slipped into the picture in a two's company, three's a crowd kind of way.
The poster has photoshopped some unfunny comments onto the photo, for some undefined reason; presumably jealousy orientated, from their tone.
