Default NL25: good pot control, or scared little girl?

no reads on villain,

should i have tried to get all the money into the pot?

I would bet more one the flop, like 3.80-4.50. The way you played it, I would definitely bet on the turn. I would bet around 9 $ on the turn there.

Your bet on the flop is pretty weak, he might raise here with any King or even lower. Imo you gave him way too much credit overall.

i can imagine your posting this because you lost a ton of value against his KT? at 25NL i would play for stacks here 100% of the time. why should we give him credit for AK here? i mean, ya, he could have K7 yadda yadda yadda but c'mon are we really gonna put villain on that small of a range? i find a way to get all the money in. he's sitting short so it wont take much more to get him pot committed. i think we set him up perfectly here, after his $4 river bet he's basically pot committed. i think we can raise here and play for stacks.

yeh, bet more on flop, at least $3. by the time it comes to the river i'm shoving all day long. if he has anything better then good for him.
